Requires making phone calls to visit clients. Gift-box bonus: NT$5–10 per draw.
Base salary NT$23,000 + meal allowance NT$1,800. After passing the evaluation, an increase of up to NT$3,000 is possible.
However, the evaluation bonus is paid once every three months.
The interviewer spoke as if they thought highly of themselves, with an air of superiority.
They even criticized the employees’ abilities in front of the job applicant, saying they were incompetent and slow-witted, and complained about a bunch of trivial matters at the company.
They also didn’t read my résumé carefully and repeated questions that were already answered on it.
If they weren’t going to look at it, why make me write a résumé in the first place? ==
The system is okay.
Having the store manager and department manager conduct a group interview together was ridiculous.
The interviewer really disliked making eye contact during the interview.
They gave off a very self-important vibe,
and kept talking about their previous work experience, which felt a lot like showing off.
Although there is nothing wrong with choosing quality over quantity,
the feeling that they looked down on people was very obvious.
After sitting down and listening to the interviewer for three minutes, I had already decided:
“Since I came all this way for the interview, I might as well listen!”
Very candid during the interview? They clearly explain the salary, leave policy, working hours, job responsibilities, and overtime situation, and they also ask interviewees to think it over carefully.
Important notes about the job (the position is retail sales):
1. The salary is 21,009 (including labor and health insurance), with 8–10 days off per month. The workday is approximately 8.5–9 hours, and overtime will not exceed 12 hours. However, when calculated, even a job paying an hourly wage of 133 would provide a higher monthly income than this salary......
2. The days off that are निश्चितly guaranteed throughout the year are: the first day of the Lunar New Year and the day after the Mid-Autumn Festival.
3. Seven days of annual leave during the first three years of employment.
4. In addition to serving customers at the store, cold calling and cold visits are also required.
5. If the store meets its performance target for the month, there will be a bonus.
