Pros

I couldn't really tell.

Cons

During the initial interview, the HR representative seemed to want to hurriedly finish explaining what they were responsible for~

then go notify the supervisor!

During the supervisor interview, they actually assumed that someone from my field of study should know something about the equipment. I had already explained once that I did not, but they asked again midway through~which made me feel that the supervisor hadn't listened carefully to what I said!

Pros

Bright space

Cons

The receptionist first gave the interviewee a form to fill out, and then there was an exam. The receptionist did not provide the test paper at first, but then asked why I hadn’t completed it—it was the receptionist who hadn’t given me the test paper. The receptionist called everyone “sweetie,” which was really speechless.

The HR representative spoke too quickly, as if she were reciting a tongue twister. She asked in great detail about the salary from my previous job, and then we waited for the supervisor to arrive. It felt like a waste of time: she talked about many non-work-related matters and did not let me leave promptly. By this point, I had already received verbal offers from other companies. I came to this interview to learn about the benefits and see whether the supervisor’s attitude toward interviewees was friendly. I suggest that everyone interview at other companies first and come here last.

Cons

One of the worst interview experiences I had last year:

The HR representative, surnamed Hsueh, kept questioning my résumé about things they clearly should have known before inviting me to the interview. It was obvious that I was not a suitable candidate, yet they still had me make the trip, clearly wasting both parties’ time. It felt like they were just trying to meet a performance target.

They then talked about how great the company’s benefits were, but provided no specific figures, making the description extremely vague. Even more memorable was that the hiring manager from the department I was interviewing for said a meeting had come up at the last minute, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes without showing up. This showed complete disrespect for job seekers!

The job postings on 104 all appear to be perennial openings. I don’t know what basis there is for the HR representative’s claim that the employees are all stable and have worked there for a long time.
