Pros
The only advantage is that working hours start and end on time—that’s it.
Cons
For about half the months of the year, salaries aren’t paid on time; they’re often delayed by another 5–7 days~~~
As for the Lunar New Year bonus, it isn’t paid until the Dragon Boat Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival~~ The company’s attitude toward employees has been very problematic over the past year or two.
Also, once you join, you probably shouldn’t expect a salary increase.
