Pros

It has everything it should have.

Cons

The marketing is absolutely terrible! They steal ideas from new hires and part-time workers and broadcast them on TV completely unchanged—they don’t even bother to modify them. Ridiculous!

Pros

Labor Standards Act; everything that should be provided is provided

Cons

Accustomed to acting like a local emperor—officials are allowed to set fires, but ordinary people aren't even allowed to light a lamp

Pros

A subsidiary of Namchow Group, it sells Duroyal ice cream and Namchow frozen cooked noodles, both leading brands with strong products. There are often many employee-benefit products available (ice cream, frozen noodles, Crystal Soap, and Little Cook instant noodles). Employees get one domestic trip (3 days and 2 nights) and one overseas trip (8 days) every year.

Cons

All employees except drivers have to work at supermarket tasting booths on Saturdays (the two weekly days off are Sunday and Wednesday). The back-office units are very weak and may even make things difficult for sales staff and newcomers.
