The headquarters is full of gossipmongers.
They gossip about all sorts of things, such as what someone is like with their boyfriend,
or spread gossip about all kinds of personal and romantic matters until many people throughout the entire department know about them.
The supervisors generally have good character and conduct.
The company is stable and willing to give fresh graduates opportunities.
It would be even better if the pantry area could be expanded.
1. An employee satisfaction survey is conducted every year, and it feels like the company genuinely wants to improve its benefits and systems.
2. Salaries are above market level and are determined based on education and experience.
3. Although the year-end bonus is not set at a fixed number of months, I’ve heard that it has been guaranteed to be at least three months for more than a decade.
4. There are employee profit-sharing bonuses, subsidies for an employee stock ownership trust, employee trips, health checkups, and various benefits provided by the employee welfare committee. Overall, the benefits are fairly comprehensive.
5. The company has an occupational health nurse who regularly visits the worksite to measure employees’ blood pressure and check on their well-being.
6. Compared with other companies, the HR staff are quite friendly. They provide interview and onboarding notices and continue to call from time to time after joining to check whether employees are adapting well.
7. The colleagues are easy to get along with.
8. If you work hard, promotion to a managerial position can come fairly quickly—I was promoted to manager after a little over a year. Managers receive a managerial allowance, and in addition to the year-end bonus, they also receive a separate manager’s SP bonus.
9. The company pays for training, and it plans various training programs for employees.
1. The approval processes for outsourcing work, contracts, and related paperwork are lengthy.
2. The company’s seal-usage procedures are overly time-consuming, and taking the company seal off-site is very inconvenient.
3. Senior managers micromanage too much and interfere even in trivial matters.
4. There are too few days off each month. Employees usually have to work one day each weekend (if necessary, you can coordinate time off with colleagues), but overtime pay is provided.

5. Members of the auditing unit should have professional expertise, and the company’s organization should include a corresponding unit responsible for evaluating the auditing unit’s performance.
6. The worksite is understaffed.
Employees get along harmoniously and stand united against a common enemy.
After the new general manager took office in 2017, they were unable to improve the company's profitability and instead cut back on employee benefits. Many junior employees were angry but dared not speak out, felt helpless and at the mercy of others, suffered from low morale, and talented employees resigned...etc.
A guaranteed three-month year-end bonus. You’ll never run out of toilet paper. Monthly salary just over NT$30,000. Few people at the worksite.
Only ground workers get overtime pay; excavation-facing positions do not.
