At Ankey
You have to get used to the boss's overtime expectations.
If you don't work overtime, people will talk about you. Even if you take bereavement leave, they may deduct points from your evaluation (once your score is lowered, it directly affects your Mid-Autumn Festival and year-end bonuses).
You can't refuse to work overtime, can't show even the slightest disagreement with your superiors, and can't become too close to your coworkers (otherwise you may be dismissed).
As long as they take a dislike to you, you will be transferred without needing your consent or considering whether you are suitable for the position.
Everything depends on your supervisor's impression of you, and management also relies solely on one-sided statements without explanation.
That's how great this company is. Welcome to Ankey.
