Applied for an accounting assistant position and worked for five days before being replaced.
The supervisor responsible for training people did everything possible to insult the new accounting assistant.
For example, in a very critical tone, she asked: “You’re already 30 years old—how can you survive in society if you don’t even know how to do this?!”
I also saw the female senior employees there being very impolite toward the bank staff outside, using a loud and harsh tone to coordinate matters. The entire office atmosphere was very high-pressure for a newcomer, and the supervisor who led the training for new employees was very rude.
I burst into tears during lunch break before completing four days of the probationary period.
The company is relatively generous in some respects.
1. There are always snacks in the office, and unlike at some companies, they are not locked in a cabinet where you can see them but cannot eat them.
2. There are company scooters and cars that everyone can use, regardless of seniority or rank. You do not have to waste your own money on fuel, and you do not have to pay for refueling upfront yourself.
3. The work crew members are reasonably professional. Unlike most contractors, the crew do not spend all day loudly complaining as if the company could not function without them.
The drawbacks are also obvious.
1. The salary structure includes two holidays. If you do not work the full required time, deductions will be made. To earn more, you essentially have to come in for overtime every week or at night.
2. Overtime can only be reported after 7 p.m. Overtime before 7 p.m. cannot be reported, which means that being forced to stay and handle official duties before 7 p.m. amounts to working for free. The company knows very well whether this violates the Labor Standards Act; it simply has not yet been caught out by anyone who gathered evidence and reported it.
3. Staffing is seriously inadequate, and the turnover rate is high. Each person has to take on multiple roles and is extremely busy, so you should only apply if you can handle pressure. There are also no dedicated office staff, meaning everyone has to handle both fieldwork and administrative work. In practice, you almost always have to use your own time after work to complete paperwork. The company also likes to hold meetings after working hours, and attendance is mandatory, as if no one else had a life of their own.
4. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays. The boss may think they already give employees a lot, but for such a large company, they are surprisingly stingier than many much smaller companies.

1. The dog was not properly leashed and bit my arm.
2. The occupational safety position also requires handling quality control and environmental protection, but only one salary is provided.
3. Six days off per month; overtime pay is included in the salary.
4. Previous work experience and salary level will not be considered when negotiating salary—extremely self-centered.
5. The reported salary for labor insurance will be understated.
Summary: It's a pity that “Poor” is the lowest rating; otherwise, I would rate it so poor that it couldn't be any worse. Even a minimum-wage job is better than this!

The company's factions are clearly engaged in internal power struggles, with internal and external departments at odds. Overtime is counted from 7:30 p.m., with a maximum of 16 overtime hours. Before you leave, senior managers will privately attack and berate you, positioning themselves as morally superior while disparaging and humiliating departing employees. They will also speak negatively about former employees' shortcomings in front of other employees. After you leave, they will withhold your salary on the grounds that the salary statement was not personally signed. Once the matter is about to be reported to the labor bureau, their attitude will immediately change and they will promptly transfer the salary (someone may also call to shift the blame, claiming that an accounting or administrative error caused the misunderstanding).
