Pros
They often buy food for everyone, so you don’t have to worry about afternoon snacks.
Cons
1. A traditional company that values rules and order, but won’t teach you.
2. There is no onboarding training; you have to figure out the company’s systems and processes yourself.
3. Managers often assign tasks only after working hours.
4. Some managers are always rushing to meet deadlines—even when they have known about something for weeks, they still wait until the last day to take action.
