Pros

None—just a place to waste your youth.

Cons

It is no longer under SKF but instead under Triton as a new brand. A company with bizarre management that has lost two-thirds of its employees; recently, I heard that the entire HR department has left as well, so I do not know how salaries will be calculated next month. All kinds of people are mixed together, the working environment is poor, and the corporate culture is the worst I have encountered. During the annual bonus period, they use this year's excessive inventory to deny your efforts from last year, delay payment, reduce the amount, or even fail to pay it. There are no new products, and on top of that, some seemingly ill-conceived business strategies have driven away a large number of customers, leaving a huge amount of inventory. The long-term employees are counting down the days, while capable new employees probably leave after only a few months.

Pros

It seems like one meal is provided.

Cons

QA Lab Inspector Position:

It was only after the interview that I learned there are three people for this position, with each person responsible for one 8-hour shift: morning, afternoon, or night.

The morning and night shifts have to work on Saturdays, with the two people splitting the day and working 12 hours each.

If one of the three people schedules leave in advance, the other two shifts may need to cover that person for up to 12 hours that day.

Under the leave system, only the afternoon shift has two days off per week. The morning and night shifts need to come in for 12 hours of overtime on Saturdays, paid as overtime under the one-rest-day-one-regular-day-off system.

New hires start on the morning shift.

In short, there are only four days off per month, and you may have four or more 12-hour shifts in a month.
