I do not recommend that newcomers come here. You will not learn much technology, and the salary is not high; you will probably only be able to rent a home for the rest of your life.
If you are seeking a stable life, I do not particularly recommend it either, because the banking or telecommunications industries are better choices
The company is very stable, and the benefits are good. My colleagues are easy to get along with and very helpful, and there are also certain expectations regarding technical skills.
Lunch is provided, salaries are adjusted consistently every year, and people almost always work regular hours.
Many people stay for a long time; it is a good company.
The only drawback is the manager.
The iOS manager says one thing and does another, goes back on their word, and has absolutely no credibility.
They are extremely unfriendly toward new employees. They may blame you for not reminding them when they forget something they were supposed to do, and they also secretly look at your screen.
There is no consistent SOP for training. On the one hand, they tell you to take your time learning, and then they say your progress is too slow.
Instructions are unclear and urgent, putting people under pressure. They start by saying unpleasant things and then apologize afterward each time.
