D4 In the morning, I replied that I was willing to join, but the company’s HR said they wanted to look for someone else because my start date was one week later than they had expected. I really wanted this job, so I immediately replied that day that I was willing to cooperate with the company and move my start date up by one week.

Four days before my start date, I suddenly received a notice saying that they would no longer hire me because the manager’s approval had not gone through…
What a series of twists and turns—they kept changing their minds even when I was already about to start.

Beforehand, applicants are required to submit a 104 résumé; afterward, they are required to handwrite another résumé using the company’s standard form. More than 80% of its content is the same as the 104 résumé, and it also includes forms probing into private information, such as blood type, medical history, relatives’ personal information, and the contact details of supervisors from the previous two jobs.
1. The interview process was relaxed, and most of the questions were typical interview questions.
2. They will assess your level of knowledge about thermal management.
3. The company uses Pro-E, as well as mold flow analysis software.
4. The supervisors said that you can learn about processes, machining, and material applications after joining the company.
1. The assessment completed before the interview included questions similar to those about girlfriends and significant others?!!
2. The waiting time was too long, both before the interview and when switching to an interview with another supervisor.
3. A second interview may be required.
Kind and relaxed
Communication was unclear, the waiting time in between was long, and there was no notification when it ended. They only gave a gesture, so I waited for nothing for 2* minutes...
