Pros

1. Listening to the boss promote political views at the morning meeting. Those interested in political commentary programs should feel like they’ve found a kindred spirit~

2. Constantly badmouths former employees, so it’s a great fit for those who enjoy negative energy.

3. Very suitable for practicing emotional intelligence.

4. The computers crash very often, which can help train your patience.

5. Suitable for practicing debates with illogical people.

6. The systems appear to have rules, but are actually chaotic. Those who dislike following established conventions should find it quite suitable.

7. The systems are incomplete, and most tasks are handled in Excel, so you have to force yourself to improve your Excel skills.

Cons

Salary and benefits

1. They say your salary will be adjusted after passing the probationary period, but that’s a lie 😊!

2. No year-end bonus and no year-end party.

3. They always say they’ll issue bonuses, but I never received one.

4. They say there is overtime pay, but in practice they don’t pay it. Even getting compensatory leave is somewhat difficult.

5. For the three major holidays, 大O gives a NT$500 gift voucher.

Job responsibilities

1. During the interview, they say it’s a day shift, but they will pressure you into rotating through afternoon and night shifts, with no contract amendment and no shift allowance.

2. They may arbitrarily reassign your position.

3. They say there is training, but in reality there isn’t.

4. They offer many learning opportunities, but in fact you won’t learn much. They will ask employees to study after work, claiming this is a learning opportunity for employees.

5. Those without a programming-language background should think twice! The company thinks programming languages are very easy and will expect you to know how to code~

Other

1. They may ask people without occupational safety or environmental safety certifications to write the relevant regulations, so be careful.

2. They constantly badmouth former employees, creating an environment full of negative energy.

3. If you have parents to take care of, the company says you are not suitable!

4. Meetings often start just before the end of the workday and may not finish until very late.

5. When you request leave, the company assumes you’re going to a job interview, so getting leave approved is quite difficult.
