Read the community guidelines1. The parking lot is reasonably large. Cars require an application, while the motorcycle parking spaces have a rain shelter.
2. Online meal ordering (lunch and dinner), with the meal costs deducted directly from your salary.
3. Because it is a small company, everyone is expected to be a “generalist,” which allows you to learn a lot (including machinery, electrical work, and a little chemistry, among other things…).
1. The company could be more welcoming to newcomers.
2. The production equipment is relatively rudimentary, as it is also designed and assembled in-house. (Of course… the company is an equipment manufacturer itself~)
3. Many items have no spare parts; the company tries to save wherever possible, even when it comes to Styrofoam.
