Read the community guidelinesHR doesn't even provide a cup of water.
If you don't mind being played, then wait endlessly for them to take the initiative and promise repeatedly that they'll hire you, only to go back on their word!
1. The security guard was very kind (when I visited, it was an older female security guard)
2. The HR staff answered very kindly
3. The RD manager was also very honest during the interview, openly admitting that this is a company suitable for retirement.
4. You can borrow a company vehicle for business trips
5. The company can order boxed lunches (lunch) on your behalf
The salary is probably on the low side (the starting salary for a master's degree is actually less than 40,000)
Just working regular hours, that's all.
1. No comprehensive onboarding or training; processes are chaotic for everything.
2. No environment conducive to good communication; you can't express your own views.
3. Unfriendly toward women, with serious gender stereotyping.
4. Benefits keep being cut, making it frustrating to rely on them for retirement.
5. You need to have good relationships and keep treating people to meals or drinks in order to get things done.

The atmosphere is terrible. People with a slightly better reputation can do whatever they want to you. Officials protect one another; those who go along with them survive, while those who oppose them perish. It is best to play dumb and keep silent. Never honestly share your thoughts about yourself or engage in private conversations. It is particularly bad for women, and the benefits are only good in words.
November 2019 Applied for a production inspection position
The supervisor prefers men. Women with families need not submit a résumé.
If you have never used a 2.5D measuring instrument, the salary is nothing special, and overtime is occasional.
Without relevant experience, the supervisor will suppress the salary. When changing industries, it is like being separated by a mountain.
The supervisor came here after leaving Hsinchu Science Park.
Estimated monthly salary
No experience, junior college: 25,000
No experience, private university: 28,000
No experience, public university: 30,000
If you expect compensation of 35,000, do not come for an interview; it would be a waste of time.
The situational test is terrible; all of it consists of hypothetical questions about having a girlfriend.
The logic test is not difficult.
People who lack competitiveness can go there to coast until retirement
A department where people happen to stay until they can no longer adapt when handling matters, and everything is resolved by putting the cart before the horse
The supervisor is incompetent and cannot communicate
The atmosphere is really bad
Basically, regular working hours
Compensation and benefits, poor workplace culture
