The supervisor first changed the interview time, then was late on the day of the interview, so they had a colleague from another department conduct the interview first (the key point is that I did not apply to that colleague’s department). My personal information was also shown to the colleague. It felt like the interviewer did not really respect the candidate.

The questions during the interview were not answered very directly. They said that the company does not provide much support, but will give you a platform and let you decide whether to make the most of it.

It left me with a lot of question marks.

The interview experience was very unpleasant!

The hiring manager did not review the applicant’s résumé beforehand,

letting HR indiscriminately contact people to come in for interviews,

then, after the applicant arrived, casually finding a manager from outside the hiring department to dismissively tell them that their résumé did not meet the requirements.

Moreover, that manager was very biased against applicants with certain types of experience.

Friends who are considering interviewing here, please think carefully.

Colleagues and supervisors are kind and friendly.

A responsibility-based work system: you have to clock in before 9:00 a.m., but after 6:10 p.m. you cannot clock out. This is used to circumvent the requirement to pay overtime and penalties for excessive working hours, and even if you want to report it, you cannot find evidence.

The interviewer’s attitude was not very friendly

They have the belief that “young people should work harder and endure more hardship so that they will have security in the future.”
