Pros

The manager’s daughter is very impressive

Cons

The interviewer being late would have been bad enough.

During the interview, they also acted smug, sitting crooked in the chair with their mouth twisted too.

At first, they showed off their product—something about Metropolitan taxis.

After that, they let me ask questions.

They made fun of me every time I asked a question.

The entire interview was spent showing off their daughter, saying things like how she went to the United States for work.

If you want to know how the manager’s daughter is doing now,

you can go to more interviews.

The recent incident involving Uber + its relationship with Uber + the quality of its official website

Pros

Couldn't find any.

Cons

The location being inconvenient would be one thing, but the position applied for was Assistant Manager in the General Manager's Office.

After filling out the form and waiting, I only got to meet the interviewer after an hour.

The interviewer was a middle-aged to elderly man (who did not introduce himself either).

After asking about my previous work experience, he focused on how to place advertisements, the clients' budgets, and how much each fan costs,

and then simply asked whether I had any questions.

I had to ask before he would explain the job responsibilities.

Even then, he was very vague: “Promote Taiwan Taxi’s services, hold press conferences, and do promotional work such as managing a fan page.”

I asked about the department structure. The General Manager's Office alone has more than 20 people in the technical department.

I asked what about marketing? Three or four people, but if cross-industry collaborations are involved, then it’s more than that…

He just kept using his phone to show the Metropolitan Taxi app and website (but held the phone at an angle that only he could see).

That was it. The interview ended after less than 15 minutes of talking with the interviewer.

Do they really want to hire employees?
