The company has serious management problems. The management treats employees very poorly, requires employees to work overtime as a matter of course, and provides no overtime pay.
The boss has poor emotional management and often takes their anger out on employees. The average time off work is 9 to 10 p.m. on regular weekdays, with no overtime pay.
