Pros
So far, I’ve been extremely happy. Compared with my previous job, I have much more freedom, respect, and trust.
The boss and managers are very nice and have a魅力 that makes people willing to keep striving.
I have plenty of time to learn, I’m improving, the company is making money, and the boss praises us.
Sometimes I feel tired, but I’m still quite happy, and I feel like I’m growing and adding value to myself.
Cons
It would be even better if some colleagues were more proactive.
