Pros
The people around me are generally nice.
Cons
The male IT manager looks like a good person, but he is extremely picky, emotionally volatile, difficult to get along with, and two-faced. So I can only say that it depends on which department you are in.
The benefits mentioned during the interview are for reference only.
The overtime issue is very serious, and it is impossible to claim overtime pay.
