Read the community guidelines1. The interview was scheduled around the end of the workday, and the hiring manager and HR specifically stayed behind. They were very sincere, and the interview process was pleasant.

1. It's essentially a traditional company in the electronics industry. The annual salary structure guarantees 12 months plus a year-end bonus. Compared with mainstream electronics companies that guarantee 14 months, changing jobs would be less advantageous. The company calculates compensation based on monthly salary.
2. The annual salary should be only around 13–15.5 months, based on my personal estimate.
