A typical Taiwanese company disguised as a foreign company. It is always talking about how great its American corporate culture is and about its awards, but in reality, it is inefficient and bureaucratic internally. People pass the buck to one another, and most employees like to fill their schedules with meetings so they can pretend they are busy and getting work done. Verbal humiliation among managers and colleagues is commonplace. If you have other options, I recommend going to another company.
