The system is extremely bad! Those with connections have it easy. There are plenty who rely on sweet-talking! And plenty who just fool around…… Unless you have powerful connections, there are a bunch of arrogant jerks. Haha, don't even think about getting any perks.

People occupy positions without doing any work, only talking without taking action. There are many older employees, the work environment is very poor, and there is a strict seniority system. Calculated monthly, the salary is even lower than a part-time worker’s hourly wage.
