Read the community guidelinesConvenient commuting (near Nanjing Fuxing Station), salaries are paid on time, and there is an annual employee trip.
The people in the Taipei office are okay, and there aren't too many of them, but everyone at this company is very two-faced. When talking to anyone, you have to be careful not to be manipulated into revealing information or be set up.
This company is very old-fashioned and is somewhat of a family business (several shareholders are employees who helped the chairman build the company during its early days; later, they became senior executives or directors).
I left because a senior veteran employee (the kind deeply trusted by upper management) reported me, saying that my work performance was poor. WHAT??
You’re from a different department—how can you judge that my work performance is poor? What are you basing that judgment on????
For a company that only believes what its veteran employees say but has absolutely no faith in my work performance, all I can say is that this company is beyond saving. It has no systems and is run entirely according to personal discretion!!
The gentleman who arranged the interview followed up on the interview and even called to remind me of the interview time.
An outsourced position.
A person who claimed to be the general manager looked over my résumé for a long time and said that I was not a very good match for the talent they were looking for. I quickly explained that I had a particular area of expertise that matched the requirements of the position, which was why they had invited me for an interview. This person gave me a rather disapproving look. In the end, we did not discuss salary or benefits at all. He only told me to go home and wait eight to ten days; if I was hired, their HR department would call me and offer a salary commensurate with my qualifications.
I was not a match for the talent they were looking for, so I do not know why they had me travel such a long way for an interview. The transportation costs and time are all expenses that job seekers have to bear themselves. I can only give this company a score of ten out of ten in terms of being terrible.
