Those who perform a little better can receive the equivalent of 20 months or more. Managers may be provided with a company car (Mercedes-Benz/BMW), and the benefits are better than those at large companies outside! Colleagues in the various departments are generally quite good, and the workload isn't too heavy, so you can leave on time without working overtime! The company holds many internal activities; in principle, there is one every two months, and almost all of them include a participation bonus of NT$1,000–2,000!
The proportion of female colleagues at the company is relatively high (average attractiveness around PR80)… Male colleagues in technical fields usually end up helping more, so responsibilities and areas of authority for internal work are sometimes not clearly divided. After working there for a few years, you get used to it.
