A ridiculous company. After I submitted my résumé, two women came in and asked a bunch of irrelevant and intrusive questions. It felt very disrespectful. Even though this company was the one randomly recruiting people, they still asked some stupid questions. I advise anyone planning to interview with this company: don’t waste your time!

Family-owned business. For a company with paid-in capital of over 100 million, its computer systems are unbelievably bad—old and painfully slow, reducing work efficiency. They do not even hire a cleaning person; employees have to clean the workplace themselves. During the interview, they said overtime was discouraged, but after joining, employees were kept late every day. Overtime is unpaid and can only be exchanged for compensatory leave. Applicants who do not want to find a joint guarantor do not need to waste their time showing up for work.

If you don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend and don't plan to start a family, and can adapt to shift work,
you can give it a try.
The department does not provide drinking water, so after work you still have to spend your own money buying water.
The air conditioning is not cold enough. When equipment breaks down, it will not be repaired unless absolutely necessary. Internal repairs are not allowed, and the company is looking for an outside vendor to fix it.
The company lunch boxes... are terrible.
The shifts rotate roughly every eight or nine months. One of the rotations consists of three days on the evening shift and two night shifts.
When working shifts, allowances are often calculated incorrectly, so be careful.
After working for a year, you can pretty much resign.
With shift work, it is difficult to pursue further education after work.
You only get a pay raise when you are about to resign.
