HR arranged the interview, but it was unclear who the interview was with. After entering, there wasn't even a glass of water, and they still had sour expressions. They hurriedly contacted their supervisor and searched for the résumé submitted through 104. After waiting for nearly an hour, the supervisor slowly arrived, making three people in total including HR. The experience was extremely unpleasant and showed no respect for professionalism.
The interview atmosphere was relaxed, and the HR representative was really nice.
The interviewing manager also honestly explained many issues that might come up in the job (which I personally found reassuring).
It was clear that the manager had plenty of experience and could talk knowledgeably about engineering, construction methods, and so on.
I was worried about encountering a manager who didn’t understand anything.
They asked some job-related questions and also provided clear explanations.
The salary and benefits described during the interview were about the same as those listed on 104.
If I receive an offer, I would be willing to join the company.
It would be even better if the interview could be conducted by video~
But it doesn’t really affect my willingness to join XD
The supervisor is very nice, and the colleagues are also easy to get along with. The atmosphere at the worksite isn’t stressful—instead, it’s very relaxed. Most importantly, the company’s systems are well established, and the benefits and bonuses you should receive are all provided. Plus, you can claim overtime pay for worksite overtime. Great.
The company is expanding, so watch out for newcomers.
