Pros
Provides three meals a day; most colleagues are easy to get along with.
Cons
The company put someone with a criminal record in a managerial position, and that person committed theft again within the company during their employment. The company apparently remained indifferent, possibly because it considered the manager to hold an important position and because the manager handled many matters single-handedly, giving the impression of covering up for them.
