Pros

The reception was very courteous, with tea and water provided. The interview process was explained in detail, and the Chiayi supervisor gave a very detailed explanation of the job responsibilities during the interview.

Cons

The interview process was somewhat cumbersome. Before the interview, you must first complete an online AI interview, which is a personality assessment. Only after the review will you be notified of the interview time. You also have to fill out an “Applicant Self-Description Form (handwritten).”

Pros

1. The interviewer shared their own journey

2. The reception was very courteous, and tea was provided ?

3. They sent another notification and reminder before the scheduled time

4. The interview process was explained in detail (there were two interview stages)

5. The job responsibilities were explained in great detail

Cons

1. The first-stage interview was held at the head office. For the second stage, they would arrange an interview at a location closer to your home!? However, there was no guarantee that it would be a location you wanted or could conveniently get to.

2. The first-stage supervisor said that after interviewing at the assigned company, I would receive an offer notification on the same day or the next day. However, the second-stage supervisor asked me to wait five business days, and in the end I received a silent rejection.

3. The first-stage interview process included an online test, followed by many questions (including situational questions), and then a long conversation that made it seem very promising. They also told me that they hoped I could become part of the company, leaving me feeling hopeful yet unsure what to do next!?

4. After receiving no response, I was called by branches in other regions to ask whether I was interested. It felt like every region was constantly short-staffed?
