Read the community guidelinesThe company looks quite impressive from the outside, and it is bigger than the small publisher of language-learning series where I worked before.
I’ve actually really missed my old small company over the past few years. Since joining this company that sounds very prestigious, although I have “editor” in my title, I also have to work on commercial books I don’t like, as well as put up with various annoying things. After working here for so long, I still haven’t become an editor-in-chief. The editor-in-chief isn’t as capable as the female editor-in-chief I had before, either. Things were still more relaxed back then. I really regret resigning and jumping aboard this sinking ship.
