1. The company does not provide toilet paper; employees must bring their own.
2. The wireless mice provided are of very poor quality and run out of battery easily. If you want to have two mice so you can alternate them while charging, your request will be refused. They will say that there is not enough stock, even though a mouse only costs a few dozen dollars.
3. Departmental collaboration is a challenge because almost all of the remaining employees are long-term employees. Some do not have a very proactive attitude toward work and often browse Facebook or use their phones during working hours.
Some tasks are completed collaboratively, but the other person acts as if you are asking them for a favor. As a result, you have to explain and teach every step one by one; otherwise, they will not know how to do it, which creates an additional burden at work.
4. The internal managers do not get along very well, which makes things difficult for people in certain positions.
5. The company is very quiet, and colleagues tend to go their separate ways. Communication is not very close, which leads to some decisions that do not seem very well thought out. People are also afraid to take responsibility or make suggestions to their supervisors.

At first, they said they were willing to give you time to practice, but after three weeks, they said your work efficiency was inadequate, so you either had to resign or have your pay cut.
The job description said you would review HTML, but in reality, you were expected to know how to write HTML (and also know how to slice layouts).
The supervisor can be somewhat emotional at times, and sometimes forgets what they said or thinks they said something when they did not.
