People with no connections at all don't need to come waste their time.
The boxed lunches are extremely unappetizing, the pay is low, there are no systems in place, and there are tons of relatives and cronies.
If you offend the relatives and cronies or they take a dislike to you, you may be (made to disappear) at any time, anywhere.
The supervisor is talkative and seems easy to get along with.
The salary is low, and the long working hours without overtime pay really aren't worth it. There are no special benefits, so you should really think it over carefully.
The employees are pretty nice, but a few managers engage in serious internal power struggles.
If you require people to work until 7:00 or 8:00, at least pay them some overtime.
