Read the community guidelinesThe boss, the boss’s wife, and the colleagues are all very easy to get along with, and the benefits are fairly good.
The only exception is a senior manager in the Finance Department at the Tainan factory, who is very difficult to deal with. Their professional abilities are not particularly strong, they make empty promises, and they have very poor emotional control, yelling at people arbitrarily. Specialists hired into the Tainan Finance Department, regardless of their position or job responsibilities, ultimately become de facto assistants to the manager and punching bags for their anger. The manager is extremely suspicious and does not allow Finance Department staff to interact with colleagues in the main office. Even when going to the pantry, they are monitored to see whether they are really drinking water. However, the boss’s wife readily believes what this manager says, so people usually end up resigning. In this office, more than a dozen specialists were replaced in roughly half a year. In contrast, employees in other departments have all been there for at least ten years. Do not join the Tainan Finance Department under any circumstances.
