The men will tell you that the original quality control technician role was handled by Vietnamese migrant workers, seemingly to increase the number of migrant workers while also looking for people with a sufficiently servile nature.
The women will tell you that this position requires the ability to lift heavy objects—to pick up photomasks for inspection (a single photomask costs over 100,000).
It feels like too big of a red flag.
