Read the community guidelines1. The office is in the Mercedes-Benz building, and the office environment is very good.
2. There are not many employees, and the colleagues are generally quite nice.
3. The projects are steady, with clients from Japan, Europe, and the United States.
4. Supervisors are willing to teach people with no experience (but it is still best to have some basic knowledge).
5. Snacks and coffee are provided.
6. Some benefits and equipment resources are the same as those at ASUS.
7. Both personal and shared equipment are fairly new.
1. The salary and benefits are not as good as ASUS's, but the work seems to be about the same. Auras does not have an employee welfare committee, so employees do not receive the benefits provided by ASUS's welfare committee. The main differences are:
(a) No year-end or company banquet lucky draws.
(b) No profit sharing (ASUS's profit sharing is approximately two months' salary).
(c) ASUS has increased its meal subsidy, but Auras has not.
(d) No annual welfare allowance/cultural and recreational vouchers worth NT$3,000–5,000.
Auras's year-end bonus is fixed at one month's salary; the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses are each 0.5 month's salary; the individual performance bonus depends on the company's operating situation. If you have relatively strong abilities, ASUS is recommended, although capable employees can also earn a decent monthly salary here.
2. Although the projects are steady, the gross profit margin seems average.
3. For unknown reasons, quite a few people left in 2021.
