Read the community guidelines1. Suitable for people who have just graduated and want to save money
2. Builds a strong work ethic and endurance
1. The working hours are too long, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
2. You still have to clean up after work; by the time you finish, it’s at least 8:30 p.m.
3. You have to sign a contract, and there is a penalty for ending it before the contract term is complete.
4. It gets really tiring to keep eating boxed meals—they’re always from the same few places.
The salary is high, and the benefits sound good.
Long working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A lot of money
1. The high salary comes at the cost of your time and life (you are forced to work until 8 p.m. and must clean for another half hour before you can leave). When you actually calculate it, it is less than the basic hourly wage.
2. If you work in the office, the environment is entirely female (only women are hired for clerical work), with many small cliques and factions.
3. You may be forced to sign a two- to three-year employment contract. If you cannot hold out until the end, the penalty for breach of contract is shockingly high.
4. You have to pay for the uniform and lunch.
5. Quite a few sales staff are scolded by the boss until they cry.
It depends on whether the individual accepts the salary and working hours.
