The work atmosphere at the company is poor. The company culture considers itself open-minded, but in reality it isn't. Most importantly, there are a few people who throw their weight around, yet they happen to be at the core of power. They nitpick over a bunch of trivial matters and treat people differently. There is absolutely no logic to it—they target people rather than the issues. In short, it's very painful.

The work atmosphere is very bad. If management asks for your opinion, whatever you do, don’t answer honestly—speaking up is just asking for trouble. The pay isn’t that great either, okay? = = A bunch of stupid nonsense. High turnover.
