After filling out the form, I had an interview. The manager was quite talkative and straightforward, but spoke appropriately and respectfully toward the interviewee. During the interview, they provided a very thorough introduction to the brand and its理念. It felt like they hope to find employees who identify with the company’s理念 and want to work together long term. As a large company, its systems and procedures are also very comprehensively and clearly planned. The entire interview took about an hour.
The location is a bit far from the MRT station. The first floor was full of logistics trucks, which made me wonder whether I had taken a wrong turn. It felt like there were people from many departments in the office. Overall, it was bright, but the individual workspaces seemed small. The company’s design style is fairly orderly and lacks variation, so it may suit people who like conventional, well-regulated designs~
There are no store-opening subsidies! The evaluation system is completely opaque and operates like a black box! Promotion channels are not transparent! The claim of 10–11 days off per month is complete bullshit—you can’t even recruit part-time workers. Full-time employees are treated like dogs, and when they get promoted, their base salary may even be deducted. Supervisors still tell you to take the long view!
