Read the community guidelinesThere are many opportunities to use foreign languages in the department I applied to.
*The interview made it clear that the company’s time management and efficiency are not very good.
If there is a meeting, this should be clearly communicated beforehand rather than making the interviewee wait around (a bad habit of Taiwanese companies).
*During the first part of the interview (approximately 1–2 hours), they kept discussing what had happened in the industry, the advantages of the company’s main markets and products, and so on. Several times, when I tried to steer the conversation back to the position, they evaded the issue and redirected the discussion to the topics mentioned above. It felt as though I had gone to Chuangyan as a salesperson to introduce products. I don’t know whether they were enjoying the conversation too much or what, but they couldn’t seem to bring the topic to an end. I could only respond coldly, and only when the other party apparently had nothing left to say did they mention that the department manager was in a meeting, so they had come first to get an initial understanding. A great deal of time was wasted.
Only interviewed...
1. First take a logic test, then handwrite personal information
2. First round: interview with the HR manager....
Second round: interview with the future supervisor....
The industry outlook is good ..... dashcams cooperate directly with the original manufacturer under long-term contracts (at least stable for several years)
Later, there was no response..........
