Pros

The only advantage is that the Manufacturing Department is currently not very busy because mass production has not yet begun.

Most of the time is spent cleaning and doing miscellaneous tasks.

Cons

For these past two-plus months, I have constantly been questioned and told that I am not suited to this job or that I would not be able to stay. Later, I was even described as having an un积极 work attitude and a poor attitude toward learning. I cannot say that I am an outstanding employee, but I have always completed the tasks assigned by my supervisor to the best of my ability and responsibly.

For more than two months, I have basically been doing cleaning or miscellaneous tasks. What I find puzzling is that the work has consisted entirely of miscellaneous tasks and cleaning. I have never complained, no matter how tiring or demanding the work was, but I have constantly felt targeted. This has made me disappointed with the job: I have not learned much, yet I am continually questioned about having a poor attitude toward learning. Moreover, many of these are subjective comments. Colleagues who have worked with me have never said that I exhibited these problems. When there is already prejudice against me, whatever I do is treated as a target for criticism. Dismissing a person's performance based on subjective opinions seems overly arbitrary. Or do they simply dislike me? Is it appropriate to manage people with such a subjective and biased attitude?

I was told at the time that I had been hired immediately. However, after hiring me, they began explicitly and implicitly suggesting that I was unsuitable for the job and would not be able to stay. This makes me feel as though I am being pressured to resign. If that is the case, why was I hired in the first place? It is puzzling.
