There is absolutely no salary adjustment or bonus system. Only people the managers like get raises and bonuses, yet they claim it is based primarily on performance evaluation scores. It is all a lie: managers give high scores to people they like and low scores to those they dislike. Even those who work extremely hard do not get raises. The managers at this company are all people who flatter others, do not work, lack professional ability, and use smooth talk to pander to the general manager and deputy general manager. There is absolutely no chance of promotion.
What is outrageous is that although the company clearly stipulates that drinks cannot be ordered and delivered to the office, Huang Jieqian often orders drinks for their group and brings them into the company. During the pandemic, they are not even afraid of creating an outbreak and putting everyone at risk. They are a despicable group of people. The deputy general manager and general manager favor these people and never punish them, while other departments get scolded for ordering drinks. This is a terrible company.
They say one thing but do another in a vicious way. If you still do not listen, they use harsh tactics to transfer people to other departments or force them to submit resignation letters. Giving this company the worst possible rating—terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.
Most colleagues are pretty good, and the work isn’t too demanding. Overtime depends on the department. Maintaining a good relationship with superiors helps with promotion.
The computers are very old, the lunch is not tasty, there are lots of rats, and the etching fumes are strong. Be careful with hydrofluoric acid.
