Management says one thing and does another.
Also, although we were not full-time employees at the time, the reason they gave for asking us to leave was extremely poor. There was no severance pay. At the time, they said that because production had currently decreased, they wanted us to go home first and would notify us afterward. Three people were notified, but in the end, because they particularly liked one of them, that person was notified to return the next day, while the other person and I were not notified.
The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with; it’s just that some people are often out of touch with the situation and push their work onto others.
The turnover rate isn’t particularly low. What is said often differs from what is done, and department managers are often one of the sources of the chaos.
