Job security is relatively poor, and you have to record your own overtime hours, which are often calculated incorrectly!
The interviewer was very nice.
There is absolutely no management structure. Those at the top make money comfortably, but it has little to do with the employees below. I really don't recommend coming here; the turnover rate is extremely, extremely high... Whether employees or managers, in short, the turnover rate is incredibly high...
The salary of 40K is just average.
The supervisor does not do any work and only orders subordinates around. When problems arise, they do not help either. No wonder people do not stay long. I recommend not going there—there are better job opportunities elsewhere.
