The company’s colleagues get along well.
Cons
Benefits have been gradually reduced, talent is leaving in large numbers, and each person is expected to do the work of at least three people. Many important positions are vacant, and the work is becoming increasingly disorganized. It is very different from the prosperity of several years ago.
