Pros
1. No overtime.
2. Suitable for recent graduates to come in and hone their skills; there are people to guide you.
3. The atmosphere in the office is decent.
Cons
The drawbacks... you’ll know once you join.
Simply put, the pay isn’t high, you need to know how to pass the buck, and it’s a somewhat relaxed place suitable for taking it easy until retirement. If you smoke, you’ll fit in with the core group more easily.
Oh, and there are no stock grants. If you’re expecting to make big money here, there’s no need to join.
