Pros

1. Three holiday bonuses, plus New Year’s and birthday gift money

2. Nothing else

Cons

1. The Taoyuan warehouse is just a place for manual labor. If you want something more refined, go to the Neihu office.

2. A certain team leader is pretty much like a mob boss—LOL. All they do is scheme against people and play petty tricks (a frog in a well).

3. If you don’t work overtime, you’ll be guilt-tripped. Overtime can be scheduled Monday through Friday every week (just how few options do you have to take this job? And the overtime runs until 9:00 p.m.).

4. If you’ve attended university, don’t come here—you’ll only get dumber.

Pros

None

Cons

I strongly suspect that the position was predetermined.

We joined the same department at the same time in our previous jobs.

He has hardly any work, while I have an overwhelming amount.

I get berated over my reports every day; a typo alone results in more than 30 minutes of scolding.

The other person has nothing to write in their report and is simply told to enrich it a little.

And your teammates will hardly ever help you; they will only keep bullying you.

For everyone’s reference, this is what I personally encountered.

Pros

None at all

Cons

Although the interview was several years ago, I still feel very unhappy whenever I think about it.

The position I interviewed for was sales assistant, with a starting salary of NT$29,xxx.

We were all interviewed together as a group. After checking in, we first took tests on basic mathematical and logical reasoning, along with some personal information forms.

Afterward, we were taken as a group to a large conference room upstairs, where we sat in a row outside and went in one by one for interviews.

I was interviewed by only one person: a male supervisor with a very strange hairstyle and an extremely poor attitude.

It seemed to be because I graduated from a private university.

Aside from saying “Please sit down” when I first entered, he spent the entire time looking at the laptop in front of him.

The interview lasted less than five minutes before he asked whether I had any questions. It was extremely disrespectful.

It is truly unbelievable that someone like this could be a supervisor.

It is a low-standard company that only hires based on academic qualifications.
