Pros

None

Cons

In the first-stage interview, there were two interviewers and one HR representative. They asked about my work history and the experience I had. Perhaps I did not meet their requirements, which would have been fine, so we did not talk much in particular. Interestingly, the HR representative even asked whether I wanted to work as a customer service engineer. It really gave me the feeling of being treated as disposable.

After I declined, I received one or two calls later saying that I could interview with a supervisor. However, once I arrived for the interview, the supervisor rudely interrupted me while I was describing my work experience. If they were unhappy about interviewing me, they did not have to invite me. Yet after I came, they asked some deliberately sarcastic questions and seemed to want to dismiss me. I was truly stunned.

I suggest skipping this company. The company environment looks bright and polished, but the personnel are another story. If you want to be mocked, you can come to this company—I guarantee you will leave angry. They do not respect people when they speak, and the company is rather impolite.

Pros

1. Free drinking water

2. HR said the annual salary is approximately equivalent to 14 to 16 months of pay

Cons

1. A traditional industry. Although the building is new, the office decor is very old-fashioned, and some things look very old, as if they have been in use for a long time.

2. I interviewed for an IT position. The manager seemed quite serious and unapproachable, with hardly any smile. Even if I were hired, it felt like this would be a company with a very tense work atmosphere.

3. HR also asked old-fashioned questions, such as what my career plan was for the next three to five years. Would answering that I wanted to become a CIO really make me a CIO? I don't understand the point of asking questions like this.

4. Even after the interview, I still didn't know what the scope of the IT work was. They only asked the interviewee to introduce themselves; neither HR nor the IT manager introduced the company or department.

5. The interview notification asked me to bring a copy of my graduation certificate and a passport photo, but neither was used at all. I don't know why this was included in the notification. The personnel information form even had a field called “big brother,” which makes me wonder how many centuries ago the form was last updated. Ask any young person today who still knows what a “big brother” is.
