The company’s internal culture is not good. Every unit and department is very serious about pushing work onto others. Those who can do the work end up working themselves to death, while those who pretend to be incapable get by comfortably. Basically, the company does not offer much potential for future development. Most employees have been there for a long time and are reluctant to leave. Young people may want to consider other companies.
