Pros

None

Cons

An environment with severe internal power struggles; the young master wants to take over,

but has the ambition without the ability to do so. Veteran employees and new talent are engaged in intense conflict,

and the company is unable to pay contractors’ project deposits. Contractors also regularly protest and inquire about outstanding payments. In addition, the professional competence of specialists needs to be improved.

Pros

Asking whether you like to keep things clean

(This is extremely disrespectful to people who value cleanliness; being asked this in such a way is actually infuriating.)

Asking what you should do when working alone

(A company cannot possibly consist of just one person working.)

It is also quite something to be criticized when you go to an interview.

(To be honest, I told the truth, only to be asked, “Then what will you do in the future?” Is that something an interviewer should ask? This is not something an interviewer should say; it is the interviewee’s own matter.)

When I went to the interview, there was no interview schedule information for the interviewee. Although the interview time had been agreed upon and confirmed with the other party, I almost could not attend the interview because the date had not been communicated to the Human Resources Department.

Cons

The interview supervisor seemed very much like someone who really did not know how to deal with job applicants. They seemed to have something wrong with their thinking, asking a bunch of unnecessary questions and turning them back on the applicant, such as whether you like to keep things clean and what you should do when working alone (it is not very likely that someone would work alone at a company). Although the job duties were explained during the interview, communication between the interviewer and interviewee throughout the process was extremely poor. The interviewer asked the applicant things they should not have asked. From an outside observer’s perspective, the experience felt very unpleasant and inexplicable for the applicant.
