Strange interviewer. I clearly applied for DevOps, yet they asked me about Web3.0. When I asked which project I would be joining, they couldn’t say; when I asked who my direct supervisor would be, they couldn’t say either. So why did they open this position in the first place?
Then the interviewer went to find a PhD from the Institute for Information Industry rather than the manager from their own company. So what exactly were they interviewing me for?
I advise job seekers not to waste their time interviewing with this company. You might just be the result of HR trying to meet their year-end performance targets.

Don’t be discouraged if you receive a rejection letter. They couldn’t even say who the direct supervisor or project would be—it’s basically a company that doesn’t even know when it will fire its employees.

Overall, the interview experience was unpleasant. The HR representative’s questions and attitude made me uncomfortable; her questioning was harsh, and she acted as though she was above the manager. Is she a long-time HR employee?
The interview process was standard, and everything that needed to be explained was covered.
They proactively invited me to an interview, but I replied to inform them that I had no relevant experience and that, if the company was still willing to give me an opportunity, I would attend as scheduled.
However, during the interview, they repeatedly brought up the fact that I had no relevant experience, was not from a related academic background, and did not hold relevant certifications, using these points against me. I found it quite baffling. I stated a salary within the range posted by the company, but they thought my expectation was too high, saying that someone without experience would not be paid that much. I was really dumbfounded—then was the salary range listed on the job website fake?
The company benefits are excellent, with a wide variety of gifts and cash bonuses, and a leave policy that exceeds the requirements of the Labor Standards Act! To be honest, business is not particularly good (long-serving employees would rather retire than continue working), so it is genuinely not very busy, making it convenient to take time off to go have fun.
The office environment is bright and spacious, and the kitchen and restroom facilities are especially thoughtfully designed with employees in mind.
The Administration Department mostly consists of older, veteran female employees who have been with the company throughout its history, and the tendency for the women at the company to form small cliques is somewhat excessive. Anyone—male or female—who cannot use flattering words or adapt to this culture will probably feel uncomfortable here. At this company, it does not matter much whether you can do the work; knowing how to get along with people is more important!
HR was very nice and professionally explained the interview process. After the interview, I felt that this is a very well-organized company.
It is quite far from the MRT station, so you definitely need to ride a scooter to get there. It would be very inconvenient for people without transportation.
The company benefits are good, but the company's transformation in recent years has not been successful; its profits come from old products and the sale of assets.
