Pros
1. Almost all departments that don't require going out can have regular working hours.
2. A good place to coast toward retirement.
Cons
1. The starting salary isn't much higher than the minimum wage.
2. Getting a raise or promotion is very difficult.
3. What the boss says goes, no matter how well-supported your arguments are.
4. For departments that require going out, the amount of overtime will generally exceed your imagination.
